Unlock your Inner Footballing Poet in the #GICCPoets Contest

We’ve long believed football and poetry go hand-in-hand. The Guinness International Champions Cup, which kicks off Thursday, July 24, is an opportunity to give Europe’s elite clubs a creative, thoughtful, bona fide American welcome.

We want to see a sign you would take to one of the GICC games. Take a photo – ideally at the game – and send it to us on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr or Facebook using the hashtag #GICCPoets. We’ll feature our favorites from each game on MeninBlazers.com, and announce our singular, distinctive GICC Poet Laureate Aug. 8. The winner receives a quite lovely engraved pint glass with your name on it and a coveted Men in Blazers patch.
