Our first trip to San Jose, a city, like so many in his imagination, Mourinho believes to have been named in his honor. And what a night we had. 2,000 GFOPs packed into Plaza De Cesar Chavez to celebrate the game we love with so many of the MLS players we revere. Jordan Morris was the lead hitter. Chris Wondolowski, San Jose in human form, talked John Terry. A pugnacious Jermaine Jones talked about battling opponents and the occasional referee. Our hero in football, and in life, Kyle Beckerman re-watched footage of his debut as a fresh-faced 18 year old with us, and the remarkable Dom Kinnear honored us with his presence on his birthday night. Local Royalty, Krazy George closed proceedings in fine style before we decamped to raise a Guinness with a glut of GFOPs at the Britannia Inn. We ended the night Animal Style at In-N-Out Burger with Producer Lexi and JW, where we were delighted to encounter a solitary diner in a Wigan Athletic jersey. Sport of the Future No Longer.

The entire MLS All Star Show will be released as a pod on Thursday. But until then, we are indebted to all the players who made the night so magical, and the GFOPs who travelled from up and down the West Coast to celebrate with us. That was our first ever show in California. We cannot wait to do it all again. #BeatArsenal
